General Overview
Friends of the forests will love this one. One of the
Green Valley Group of courses, it is also one of Thailand's
most beautiful courses.This course is situated in beautiful
countryside and benefits from the hundreds of trees and
shrubs. Located about 1 hour south of Bangkok on the Bang-Na
Trad Highway it is situated in a beautiful countryside setting,
offering a clever alignment of fairways, greens and holes
in lush surroundings.
There are some very difficult holes, including longish water
carries on the opening holes of both sides. Fairways give
many sloping lies and many of the greens are hidden behind
huge mounds. The four par fives are all tough holes; the
11th and 18th particularly so, as water hazards line both
sides of the fairway. Clever placement of bunkers and undulating
greens add to the difficulties of this very exacting course.
The clubhouse is opulent and dining here is expensive.
