How much is the fine for over stay?: 500B per day. The maximum charge is 20,000B. They can give you first-day-free at the airport but not at boarder.
But everyone, please try not to over stay!
Are we going to Poipet or Ban Laem?: Seeing the condition of the two boarders (traffics/ congestion of gates) and we decide which boarder we are going to.
Basically, trip 05:30 goes to Poipet and 07:00 goes to Ban Leam.
No more pages on my passport!: For Cambodia daily visa run, you will need at least 1 whole page & room for 4 stamps.
For 60days TR visa tour to Laos, you will need at least 2 whole pages & room for 4 stamps.
You have to get new one or additional pages before your next visa run. If you have no time to get new one or additional pages you may have a permission stamp on the extra pages (ie: AMENDAMENTS AND ENDORSEMENTS / OFFICAL OBSERVATIONS etc) at consulate of your country.
Lost departure card which should have attached to the passport.: If you do visa run with us, we’ll take care of it. Don’t worry.
If you go out of country by yourself, you would better to consult with Immigration office before hand.
What is the “90 days rule”? How many times can I go on the daily visa run to Cambodia?: The new regulation has been announced by Thai immigration on Sep. 2006.
“Passport holders from 39 exempted countries will be able to enter into Thailand without visa and remain in Thailand for 30days per each visit. However, the total duration of stay should not exceeded 90 days within a 6 months period, counting from the date of first entry.”
Meant, you can go on the daily visa run 3 times then get a tourist visa for lest of 90 days. Then you can repeat again and again- 3 Cambodia visa run-> 1 tourist visa -> 3 Cambodia visa run…(if the rules strictly effects.)
How many cigarette/ alcohol can I buy at the boarder?: Cigarette: 1 carton only.
Alcohol: 1 bottle only.
You may be charged over 10,000B for the fine if the officer found your over limits.
Can I reserve a seat on the bottom/front/rear/next to pretty passenger?: No.
First come, first serve.
But we are happy to do it for handy capped persons.
Tip: The bus arrives to the meeting point 30 min before depature.
Can I bring my Thai friend? How much?: Yes.
Still your Thai friend needs to bring her/his passport.

For 60days TR visa tour to Laos, 4,000B no photo needed.
Can I apply for the Non-Immigrant B/O visa on your tour?: Yes.
But only the case you already have full docuemnts. Jack's golf cannot check or advice about on your documentation.
Tour fee for Non Img. applicant-8,000B (7,000B for ASEAN union)
Can I apply for more than double entries of tourist visa on your tour?: No.
Difficult to get it not only at the boarder we are going but every consulate.
I am a Chinese / Indian / Russian… and my single entry of visa will be expired soon. Can I still go on the daily visa run to Cambodia for 30 days stamp (visa on arrival)?: No.
You won’t be given 30 days visa on arrival at the boarders due to the condition of the agreement between your country and Thai.
You have to get a new visa at Thai consulate in foreign country.
If you have veiled entry, you can go on our visa run for 60 days (Tourist visa)/ 90 day (Non immigrant B/O).
I am aI Chinese / Indian / Russian… holding veiled entry of visa. Why is it not 2,000B?: Because the expense of Cambodia visa is higher.
